About Meghan.

Passionate about birth and postpartum, I am here to make your experience one that brings calmness and empowerment.

Relaxed, Empowered, Informed.

My mission is to provide my clients with the opportunity for a relaxed pregnancy, empowered birth experience and an informed joyful and resilient postpartum period that they are hoping and dreaming of. I will help to guide my clients to achieve the best birth experience and have their options known and understood.

I want them to know that I realize the value of labour and postpartum support through my own struggles and joys. Having a trusted and known support person for both partners that they can rely on for reassurance, guidance and support during birth and postpartum is invaluable. It can be the difference between fear and confidence.

Hey! I’m Meghan.

I am a Mom of 4 beautiful, wild and crazy kids. Each one of them brings their own unique experiences from birth to present….their own personalities and special relationships. We have been blessed to have an amazing husband and father through this rollercoaster of parenting!

After being a stay at home Mom for many years our youngest was off to school….So now what? What am I good at...All I have known is being a Mom. Which I know now is a huge task and a well rounded amount of careers. I had no idea what a Doula was until it was presented to me. Then after doing my own research I understood and unknowingly had been in this role for many years. So...to the books I went!

Hey! I’m Hannah

As the oldest of four, caring for little ones has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always helping my mom with my younger siblings—who are now wonderful teenagers—and those early experiences sparked a lasting passion for supporting children and families. I feel incredibly grateful to have a family that has encouraged and supported me in all my pursuits, ultimately leading me to where I am today.

After many years of exploring different career paths, I chose to follow what I’m most passionate about. I believe that when you truly enjoy the work you do, it enhances the experience not only for yourself but also for the families and their little ones. When the opportunity arose to work alongside Meghan, I knew it was the right fit. She is not only an exceptional doula but also a collaborative partner, and together we bring complementary strengths and fresh perspectives to the families we support.

Love for Meghan & Hannah

This summer (2025) my family had the privilege of having support from Meghan & Hannah. From the beginning conversations with Meghan to the very last shift both Hannah and Meghan made me feel extremely comfortable and at peace knowing my son would be cared for the best way. They showed so much kindness and compassion to our family. They were professional, considerate and made it easy to get rest when needed. They showered our son with so much love and attention. We were absolutely spoiled by Hannah and Meghan and cannot Thank them enough for helping us get through those newborn months.

We need to acknowledge and empower our new PARENTS.

.....because yes DAD you can experience this as well....to get the help, take the rest and continue to encourage each other that this is what makes us stronger!
